The Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) is a union that represents over 187,000 educators and school-related professionals in Pennsylvania, advocating for quality public education and the rights of its members. We conducted broad teacher attitude surveys and utilized machine learning methods for to predict members who are most likely to leave the union.
Johnson and Johnson
Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational corporation that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. Founded in 1886, the company has over 250 subsidiaries operating in 60 countries and sells its products in over 175 countries. We conducted literature reviews on I/O topics for senior management at Johnson & Johnson.
THON™
THON™ is a student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Our mission is to provide emotional and financial support, spread awareness, and ensure funding for critical research—all in pursuit of a cure. We assisted THON at Penn State on various organizational issues.
Centre Safe
It is the mission of Centre Safe, formerly Centre County Women’s Resource Center to empower survivors of sexual or domestic violence, and to work toward the elimination of such violence. We developed a performance management system and training managers on its use for the Centre County Women’s Resource Center.
